The parties have an existing CA and are discussing the next CA. Why must they use the Approved Softcopy of Collective Agreement for the existing CA as the basis for preparing the next CA?

The ASCA for the existing CA must be used as it meets IAC’s required format for gazetting purposes, incorporates all past amendments made to past editions of the CA, and allows instant detection of any new changes made.
