Review of the Draft Collective Agreement (CA)

IAC will review your draft CA before it can be certified. You may be contacted to make amendments.

The IAC will review the draft CA and check that the requirements are complied with.

If these are not met, you and the other party will be informed by IAC, either:

• in writing, where there are few or simple changes, or
• at a meeting, where there are many or less straightforward changes. 

On agreement of the parties to the amendments, IAC will send the softcopy of the final version to both parties for signing.
