Submit Draft Variation Application (Softcopy)

IAC will review the draft application and affidavit in prescribed forms  to ensure that they are complete, clear and correct. For CAs in force for less than 18 months, you  are required to submit an affidavit. IAC may contact the parties and discuss the changes to be made to the draft application and affidavit.

IAC will inform the parties once the draft application and affidavit are found to be in order.
