Variation Order made

When your variation application is approved by the President or Deputy President of the Court, he will make a variation order, which sets out:

• the names of the employer and the union
• particulars of the CA
• changes made to the CA

You and the other party may purchase a copy of the variation order at a cost of $50.

A copy will also be published in the Government Gazette,  Industrial Relations Supplement.
