What is FWMOMCare
FWMOMCare was released on 18 May 2020 to serve as a platform to provide migrant workers with useful features that support their wellbeing.
Several new and useful features are available on the app, making it an increasingly convenient platform for migrant workers.
Through the app, workers can access many functions, such as:
- Requesting to speak with a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) officer
- Reporting unsafe workplace practices
- Seeking out medical care through clinics' in-person and tele-consultation options
- Viewing infographics on the latest advisories
- Booking facilities at Cochrane, Kranji, Penjuru, Sembawang, Terusan, and Tuas South Recreation Centres
Available in six different languages, the app is designed to better engage workers, including those who may not be as proficient in English.
